Dmitri Chavkerov Was Never Arrested.
All Websites That Claim That Dmitri Chavkerov Was Arrested Are Fraudulent.
Hello world,
My name is Dmitri Chavkerov, and I am quite saddened by the fact that there are quite a few fraudulent websites that were created against me, claiming that I was supposedly arrested, which is 100% false.
To make the long story very short about these websites’ 100% false claims…I used to live with a girlfriend, who advertised on Craigslist.com for marriage of convenience with US citizen. She found a guy, who agreed to marry her, in exchange for her leasing him a Ford Mustang, and paying for it.
One day, while I was working on my computer, my girlfriend told me that she found a website www.ulc.org, where anyone could register for free as a minister. She asked me whether it would be okay to register me, so that I could sign her marriage certificate, this way saving her the hassle, plus few hundred dollars in hiring a real minister. I said “sure”, she registered me, I signed her marriage certificate, and it was that.
Then few months later, a couple of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents came to our apartment. They told her that her husband committed theft from his job, they said that they knew that their marriage is not real, and the reason they came was in hopes that she would help them locate him.
We both answered their questions truthfully, and few months later three ICE agents came and arrested my girlfriend. A government attorney was assigned to her. The attorney told me that I had nothing to worry about, because I did not do anything illegal. He said that my girlfriend registered me as California State Minister, and that marriages of convenience were legal in the State of California, so by signing my girlfriend’s marriage certificate, I did not commit any crime. My girlfriend committed a crime, when she attempted to obtain federal document (US green card) by using this marriage of convenience certificate.
Eventually, my girlfriend got sentenced to 4-months in US low security prison, and after serving her term there, she got deported to Russia. Even before she got arrested, things weren’t working out too well between us, and we discussed the possibility of breaking up, which we did before she left to Russia.
Because I was involved in this case as the minister, my name Dmitri Chavkerov is mentioned in some government investigation documents and media sources about this case. Anyone who cares to read any of these documents will realize that my name was simply mentioned in them, and I was never investigated, or arrested, or deported, like some hate-websites against me and my business claim.
In addition to this supposed arrest, some of these hate-websites also claim that I have started all kinds of fraudulent websites, that I supposedly hide under a fake name of Felix Homogratus, et cetera. Please note that Felix Homogratus used to be my forum handle on ForexPeaceArmy.com. I never hid my real name of Dmitri Chavkerov behind it. In fact, the only reason the world knows that Dmitri Chavkerov wrote under a handle of Felix Homogratus is because I always openly shared my real name with people.
I indeed owned other internet businesses, in addition to my currently active ForexPeaceArmy.com, but they were 100% honest businesses with many very satisfied clients. To read more about these businesses, and the reasons I closed them, feel free to visit DmitriChavkerov.org
If you care to do further research about me and especially false negative claims, you will see that every false negative claim lacks detail. They are quite short, and they simply say that I am a fraud or scam, or whatever. Think about it, if somebody ever really scammed you, and you decided to tell the world truth about it, wouldn’t you include meticulous details of how it happened, and even provide evidence?
In case you wonder why anyone would care to create hate websites against me with fabricated negative information, and the identity of some of these haters, please visit DmitriChavkerovNotArrested.com
